Sheriff’s investigators today released the names of two additional suspects sought in connection with a fatal stabbing at a light rail station in San Jose earlier this month.The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspects as Gregory Lopez, 19, and Eddie Rivera, 22, both of San Jose.Arrest warrants have been issued for both men, who are wanted for one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder, sheriff’s Sgt. Rick Sung said.Sheriff’s deputies searched for Lopez and Rivera last week at their last-known address on Lyndale Avenue, just blocks away from the light rail station where the attacks occurred, but did not find them, Sung said.A third suspect, David Pilipina, 19, of San Jose, was arrested Aug. 20 and remains in custody. The suspects were allegedly involved in an altercation between two groups at the Alum Rock Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority light rail station on Capitol Avenue about 10:25 p.m. on Aug. 15. Kristina Harris-Perkins, 19, of Stockton, was stabbed and died that night at Regional Medical Center in San Jose. Two friends of Harris-Perkins, a 19-year-old Oakland man and a 16-year-old girl, underwent surgery for stab wounds and were released. Lopez is described as Hispanic, standing 5 feet 6 inches and weighing about 125 pounds, according to the Sheriff’s office.
