* Ray Carpenter, 29, His Sister Tiffany Carpenter, 23 Jamal Butler, 18 Arrested For Bayview Shooting

A San Francisco brother and sister were among three people arrested Thursday night for a double shooting in the city’s Bayview District.The shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m. near Third Street and Quesada Avenue, according to police. Two male victims were hospitalized for injuries that were not considered life threatening.Ray Carpenter, 29, his sister Tiffany Carpenter, 23, and Jamal Butler, 18, all city residents, were detained in a vehicle stop several blocks away from the shooting,Ray Carpenter and Butler were arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and conspiracy, according to police.Tiffany Carpenter was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle while permitting someone to bring a firearm into the vehicle, and of carrying a concealed weapon, police said.Ray Carpenter and Butler remain in custody, according to police.
