* San Jose Police Investigating a Shooting Near the Intersection of Murtha Drive and Sandalwood Court

San Jose police are investigating a shooting that injured a person in the city this afternoon. The shooting was reported at 3:18 p.m. near the intersection of Murtha Drive and Sandalwood Court, according to police. The victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening, police said.  No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
