San Jose police have released a detailed description and artist’s sketch of a suspect investigators say stabbed a man with a hunting knife during a robbery in May.Just before midnight on May 2, a suspect approached a man walking to his car outside a Quik Stop market on Stewart Avenue and demanded his wallet, according to San Jose police. The victim refused, and the suspect reportedly stabbed him in the chest with a long hunting knife.A struggle ensued, during which the victim’s wallet fell to the ground and he was stabbed a second time. The suspect took the wallet and two cell phones from the victim’s vehicle and was last seen fleeing toward Alum Rock Avenue.The victim survived his injuries.The suspect is described as a man in his mid 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 170 to 180 pounds and with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black cap, a dark jacket and jeans The knife used in the attack was described as having a yellow or gold handle and a silver or steel-colored blade with a serrated edge.
