Rohnert Park Public Safety officers arrested a Lake County man for burglary at a residence Sunday morning.  Police said they received a call about a burglary in progress in the 200 block of Fauna Avenue around 7:15 a.m.  A woman said her husband was struggling with a burglar who tried to flee their house through a bedroom window, police said.  Police said Raymond Howard Phillips, 50, of Cobb, entered the property through a gate on the Foxtail Golf Club.  Phillips cut the screen on a bedroom window, opened the window and climbed inside the bedroom where the couple was sleeping, police said. He took items off a nightstand and was climbing back out the window when the husband grabbed his arm, police said.  Phillips was booked into the Sonoma County jail for burglary.
