  • It’s ironic that Gabriel, as an experienced target shooter growing up around law enforcement officers, was able to “fire several rounds” at the car but never hit the vehicle that was a mere 10 feet away. He also suffered a dibilitating childhood affliction that left him with an immobile, artificial hip and unable to walk well, let alone run…but he managed to “run” from experienced police officers who were “scared for their lives”…all without a single shot being fired back in their defense? This was a profiled case that had unsubstantiated evidence and used recent officer headlines to sensationalize the situation and unjustly convict a young man for more years than should be warranted. This never would have happened if there were only civilians involved!
