Investigators are looking for two men in connection with two armed robberies of 7-Eleven stores in Bay Point and Pittsburg early this morning, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee said today.  The first robbery happened at 1:18 a.m. in the 700 block of Port
Chicago Highway in unincorporated Contra Costa County, Lee said.   Two suspects entered the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and stole money and lottery tickets, Lee said.  About 20 minutes later, police received a report of a second robbery at a 7-Eleven store in the 3300 block of Loveridge Road in Pittsburg. Based on descriptions of the suspects, investigators believe that the same two men are responsible for both robberies, Lee said.
