Salinas police arrested four men and one teenager two days after a 15-year-old boy was fatally shot in what is being investigated as an apparent gang-related incident.  Jose Manuel Perez was found at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday by officers in the 500 block of Terrace Street on reports of a shooting victim.  The officers found Perez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Natividad Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving, according to police.   Antonio Gayoso, 19; Juan Pablo Nunez, 19; Julio Luna Montoya, 21; and a 17-year-old boy were arrested Saturday on suspicion of first-degree murder, attempted murder, conspiracy and participation in criminal gang activity.  The three adults were booked into Monterey County Jail and the juvenile was booked into juvenile hall.  Please call the Fugitive Watch hot line at 1-800-9-CAUGHT (1-800-922-8448) or text us at 408-355-0999 if you know the name of this man or have any information that can help solve these crimes.
