An inmate at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville died Tuesday after a fight with his cellmate.  Nexter Sedillo, 50, and his cellmate fought at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations spokeswoman Terry Thornton said.  Medical staff responded but Sedillo was pronounced dead at 12:59 p.m., Thornton said.  He had arrived at the California Medical Facility from Santa Clara County on Dec. 7, 2001, and was serving a 12-year sentence for first-degree burglary.  The facility houses more than 3,000 medium-security inmates and employs nearly 1,900 medical, custodial and support staff. It provides inpatient and outpatient medical and psychiatric services to inmates. The California Medical Facility and the Solano County District Attorney’s Office are investigating the death.
