A 41-year-old man found shot to death in his car in downtown Pittsburg early Saturday morning is the city’s fifth homicide victim this year, police said today. Officers responded to a report of a shot fired in the area of the 1100 block of West Street around 4 a.m. and found Pittsburg resident Daniel Harrington in his car suffering from a gunshot wound, police Lt. Jim Calia said. No suspects had been arrested as of noon Sunday, and a motive for the shooting has not been established, according to Calia.
