* Solano County Officers Arrest David Edward Hull For Growing Pot Plants At 500 Block Of West D. Street in Dixon

Solano County narcotics officers have arrested a Dixon man for growing marijuana plants in his back yard.The narcotics officers and a Dixon police officer served a search warrant Tuesday at the residence in the 500 block of West D. Street in Dixon, Solano County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Gary Faulkner said.They found 41 large marijuana plants between 4 and 12 feet tall growing in the back yard, Faulkner said.Detectives also seized 1,034 grams of processed marijuana, a scale and packaging material, Faulkner said. David Edward Hull, 58, was arrested at the scene and was booked into the Solano County jail for cultivation and sales of marijuana, Faulkner said.The arrest came after a month-long investigation, Faulkner said. The street value of the marijuana plants is between $200,000 and $210,000 he said.
