* One Person Critically Injured in Richmond Shooting on Carlson Boulevard and South 23rd Street

One person was critically injured in a shooting tonight in Richmond, a police lieutenant said.  The shooting happened at about 9:20 p.m. in the area of Carlson Boulevard and South 23rd Street, police Lt. Johan Simon said. He said a victim suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach and was critically injured. Further details weren’t immediately available.
