A man who was found shot to death near the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum early Sunday was identified today as 54-year-old Rodney Blackman of Oakland, according to Oakland police spokesman Jeff Thomason.Thomason said officers responded to the 1000 block of 70th Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday to investigate several reports of gunshots and a man down in the street.Officers located Blackman, who was unresponsive, Thomason said. Emergency personnel responded and pronounced Blackman dead.No arrests have been made and the motive for the shooting is unknown, according to Thomason.
