Police in San Francisco are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night in the city’s Potrero Hill neighborhood. Officers responded to a reported shooting near Arkansas and 23rd streets at around 11 p.m., police said, and found a man and woman injured by gunfire. The shooting victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which were not expected to be life threatening, police said.
