* 14 Year Old Suspect Arrested for Allegedly Burglarizing a Vehicle

Two teenagers who allegedly stole items from a vehicle in Fairfield were arrested early this morning, according to the Police
Department. The Fairfield Police Department received a report of a burglary just after midnight that had been interrupted in the 1300 block of Freeport Court. Someone saw two boys inside of their vehicle and chased them away, police said. Officers responded and searched the area. The suspects were soon located with assistance from the victim and witnesses in the neighborhood. The 14-year-old Fairfield residents were arrested. A second victim was identified after stolen property discarded by the pair was recovered nearby, according to police. The property was returned to the owner. Both teens were booked into Solano County Juvenile Hall on charges of burglary and conspiracy.
