Santa Rosa police said the clerk of the 7-Eleven store at 1779 Corby Ave. was robbed at gunpoint early this morning. Sgt. Lisa Banayat said the clerk called the store owner and waited for him to arrive before calling police around 3:10 a.m., 20 minutes after
the robbery. The clerk was working alone when the male suspect with a bandana over his nose and mouth pointed a gun at him and demanded cash, Banayat said. The suspect left the store with the cash. The clerk did not see a vehicle, Banayat said, and he was not injured. Police are reviewing the store’s surveillance tapes.  Please call the Fugitive Watch hot line at 1-800-9-CAUGHT (1-800-922-8448) or text us at 408-355-0999 if you know the name of this man or have any information that can help solve these crimes.
