* Erica Navarez Arrested By Salinas Police for Alleged Drug Possession

Police arrested a woman who was allegedly found with crystal methamphetamine, an electronic scale and marijuana in her pockets and hidden in her pant leg and sock in Salinas on Friday. The Salinas Police Department Narcotics Unit contacted Erica
Navarez, 30, in an apartment in the 300 block of Iris Drive. She was wanted on an arrest warrant for possession of methamphetamine. While searching Navarez, detectives allegedly found the drugs and scale. She was booked into Monterey County Jail.
