The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department arrested a third suspect today in connection with the murder of a Guerneville man last month.Victor Costandi Dada, 68, was arrested at his home in the 900 block of Rene Court in Santa Rosa for being an accessory to the murder of Michael Tillman, Sgt. Tim Duke said. He is being held under $250,000 bail and will be arraigned in Sonoma County Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon.Dada is the father of Andrew Brian Sharkey, 35, of Blackburn, England, who is charged with Tillman’s murder on June 25, Duke said.Gary Allen Scott, 56, of Prescott, Ariz., also is charged with being an accessory. The Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office said he helped Sharkey after the murder. Scott and Sharkey will be arraigned July 28.Tillman, 67, was strangled with a wire and stabbed in the back of the neck. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department said the murder involved a marijuana transaction that did not include Tillman.Scott left for Arizona after the slaying and Sharkey told the
sheriff’s department on June 27 that he witnessed a murder in an Orchard Avenue residence three days before. Scott was arrested in Arizona by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department and was returned to Sonoma County. He is being held in the county jail under $100,000 bail. Sharkey is being held under no bail and an immigration hold.Chief Deputy District Attorney Robert LaForge told Judge Elliot Daum Scott assisted Sharkey after the murder.

  • I was married to Andrew for five years. I’m not surprised at this at all, just thankful I got out of the horrid situation, with my life. He got away with almost murdering me, guess this time he’ll actually pay for his crime. Although I’m in incredible debt because of his meth addiction and irresponsibility, I’m alive.
