Seven people were arrested in Sunnyvale today after officers responding to an early morning fight found an 18-year-old San Jose man fatally stabbed.At about 12:25 a.m., Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety officers received reports of a fight involving 15 to 20 people in the 900 block of Bluebell Way.Responding officers were told one person had been stabbed. Officers found a man on the sidewalk with multiple stab wounds to his upper torso. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. About 10 minutes after the initial call, officers found a vehicle matching the description of a car seen leaving the area where the stabbing occurred. They stopped the car and determined through witness statements and physical evidence that the five people inside were allegedly connected to the attack.Two 20-year-old Mountain View men, Luis Orozco and Timothy Segovia, were arrested along with 18-year-old San Jose resident Alberto Villareal. Two juveniles in the car also were taken into custody.Two other suspects who were not in the vehicle were taken into custody as well. One was San Jose resident Jerome Aguilar, 25, and the other was 23-year-old Mountain View resident Charlotte Rapuet.Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Detective Jim Choi at (408) 730-7120.
