* Three Injured in Two Stabbings and One Shooting in Oakland

Oakland police are investigating two stabbings and a shooting in Oakland Friday and early this morning that left three victims injured, according to the Police Department. The first stabbing was reported at 8:37 a.m. Friday in the 8700 block of G Street, police said. One victim was transported to a local hospital and has been listed in stable condition. A suspect was taken into custody in connection with the stabbing, according to police.  Another stabbing was reported at 4:45 p.m. Friday in the 3400
block of Peralta Street, police said. That victim was also hospitalized in “guarded” condition, police said. A suspect was reportedly taken into custody for that stabbing as well. A shooting was reported just after 1 a.m. today in the 1700 block of Chestnut Street. The victim in that shooting refused medical treatment, police said. No suspects have been arrested.
