A 20-year-old man critically wounded in a Thursday morning shooting outside a San Jose shopping center has died, police said today.  Police are not releasing exactly when the San Jose man died. His name is being withheld until his family can be notified, said Officer Jose Garcia. The victim was one of three men apparently shot after a fight broke out in a restaurant in a shopping center in the 300 block of North Capitol Avenue. The men left the restaurant, Garcia said, and gunshots were fired in a nearby parking lot. Police arrived around 12:35 a.m., but the men involved had already left.  Within the next 20 minutes, three gunshot victims arrived at two separate hospital emergency rooms. A police investigation linked the three to the shooting on North Capitol Avenue.  In addition to the first victim, two other San Jose men, ages 21 and 28, were treated for injuries that were not considered to be life threatening.  Police are still investigating the motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting, Garcia said.
