* Calastoga Murder Suspect 23-year-old Rodolfo Uribe Arrested For The Murder Of 26-year-old Luis Octavio Carrillo

A man suspected of killing 26-year-old Luis Octavio Carrillo in Calistoga late last month was arrested in Southern California Wednesday afternoon, Calistoga police said.Calistoga Police Chief Jonathan Mills said 23-year-old Rodolfo Uribe was arrested without incident at his aunt’s home in Compton around 1:45 p.m. Calistoga police were present when the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force made the arrest, Mills said. Uribe was booked into the Napa County jail early this morning and will bearraigned Friday afternoon, a Napa County jail spokesman said.Carrillo was shot in the torso around 1:30 a.m. on June 29 in the 1400 block of North Oak Street in Calistoga. Police found him lying face down on the sidewalk.Witnesses described a blue compact car, possibly a Honda, leaving the area after the shooting, police said. A man also was seen running from the scene through the Saratoga Manor Apartment complex, police said.Napa County Sheriff’s Lt. Tracey Stuart said it’s believed Uribe and Carrillo knew each other.
