A woman who was fatally shot on Interstate Highway 80 in Richmond early Sunday morning has been identified as 25-year-old Rickeasha Washington, a Contra Costa County deputy coroner said today. Washington was shot on eastbound on I-80 between Cutting Boulevard and MacDonald Avenue at about 4:30 a.m., Richmond I-80 Shooting said.  The driver of the car Washington was riding in continued east on I-80 after the shooting and pulled into a gas station on Appian Way in Pinole, where he asked for help, police said.  Washington was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead, police said.  The driver said the shooter was in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle.  Police believe that a third vehicle was behind the shooter’s vehicle and passengers may have witnessed the shooting, Gagan said.
