Santa Rosa police arrested four people Friday during an enforcement operation focusing on public intoxication and DUI violations in the downtown area of the city, according to police. During the four-hour enforcement time, four suspects were arrested for public intoxication including one who was on probation with a no alcohol clause and was additionally arrested for probation violation, police said. All four suspects were booked into Sonoma County Jail, according to police. The enforcement was part of an ongoing effort between Santa Rosa police and downtown bar owners and managers.
