A drive-by shooting injured two people in San Francisco tonight, a police sergeant said. One person was shot in the thigh and another in the ankle near
Eddy and Laguna streets around 8:30 p.m., the sergeant said. A person has been detained, but police are still investigating whether the person is a suspect, she said.
