* Victim Of Second Bayview Shooting Identified As 30-Year-Old Emanuel Evans

A 30-year-old San Francisco man was identified today as the victim of a fatal shooting Sunday night in the city’s Bayview District.Emanuel Evans was found shot shortly after 10 p.m. near the intersection of Wills Street and Middlepoint Road, just blocks from where another fatal shooting occurred earlier that day, police said.The first shooting happened shortly before 2 a.m. near the intersection of Third Street and Galvez Avenue. The victim, Winston Coleman, 51,was pronounced dead at the scene.An arrest was made in connection with the earlier shooting, a police spokesman said. Police have not yet released the suspect’s name.
