Two men and a woman were arrested Sunday in connection with the early morning murder of a San Francisco man in the city’s Bayview district, authorities said. Winston Coleman, 51, of San Francisco, was found shot near the intersection of Third Street and Galvez Avenue just before 2 a.m. Sunday. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A short time later, police arrested three suspects several blocks away. DeShawna Morris, 30, and Sammy Frazier, 36, both East Bay residents, were arrested at 2:07 a.m. on Industrial Street near Bayshore Boulevard. About 40 minutes later, police arrested Timothy Walker, 24, of San Francisco, at the same location. All three suspects were booked on murder and conspiracy charges. Morris was additionally booked on firearms and drug possession charges. Frazier was also booked on a firearms charge, and Walker for carjacking. The homicide was the first of two on Sunday in San Francisco, both in the Bayview district. Emanuel Evans, 30, of San Francisco, was found shot shortly after 10 p.m. near the intersection of Wills Street and Middlepoint Road, a short distance from the earlier shooting.  No arrests have been made in connection with Evans’ killing. San Francisco police have reported 20 homicides in the city this year.
