*47-Year-Old San Jose Man Paul Leyva Killed In The Parking Lot of Little Caesars Near The Intersection Of McKee

A 47-year-old man has died after being assaulted outside a San Jose restaurant Saturday evening, police announced today.Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said Paul Leyva of San Jose was punched in the parking lot of Little Caesars near the intersection of McKee and North White roads after an altercation broke out shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday.The suspect is described as a Hispanic man about 6 feet tall, about 250 pounds who was wearing a black shirt and black shorts. Leyva was taken to a local hospital where he was put on life-support and later died, according to Lopez.The incident marks the city’s 11th homicide of the year.
