*25-year old San Jose Man Shot at party on McKee Road in Grave Condition

A 25-year-old man is in grave condition after a shooting in San Jose Sunday night, police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said this morning.  The shooting was reported at about 10:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of McKee Road, according to Lopez.  Arriving officers found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Lopez said. The victim was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and he was in grave condition as of 1:20 a.m. today, according to Lopez.  No arrests have been made, but investigators are interviewing several people who may have witnessed the shooting, Lopez said.
