* German Mora-Cisneros Found Shot To Death In His Car In Richmond, 1300 Block Of Cherry Street

A 21-year-old man died in one of three unrelated shootings in Richmond on Monday night, police said today.The fatal shooting was reported at 11:17 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cherry Street, Sgt. Bisa French said.Officers arrived and found German Mora-Cisneros, a San Pablo resident, shot inside a Chrysler 300, French said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Police have one suspect in custody in connection with the shooting and are seeking two others, French said. Police are not yet releasing the first suspect’s name.Richmond police are also investigating two other shootings that occurred in the city earlier Monday night.The first shooting was reported at 9:05 p.m. near the intersection of 24th Street and Broadway, Lt. Mike Gormley said.A 19-year-old man was driving when he was shot in the head, Gormley said. The victim was taken to a local hospital and was listed in serious but stable condition.Another shooting was reported at about 10:10 p.m. in the 600 block of Ohio Avenue. Arriving officers found shell casings at the scene and, minutes later, received word that a 45-year-old woman had arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, Gormley said.The woman is in stable condition, he said.No arrests have been made in the two non-fatal shootings, Gormley said.
