Salinas police arrested a 28-year-old man Sunday who barricaded himself inside a home after a family dispute.  Officers responded to a dispute in the 100 block of Tampa Street at about 10:20 a.m.  Arriving officers made several attempts to contact Raymond Cano, 28, who they believed was armed with a handgun, police said. Officers ordered neighbors to evacuate and a SWAT unit and negotiators were called in to assist.  Authorities used a chemical agent to enter the home, and found Cano in the attic. He was transported to a hospital to be treated for injuries he had sustained during the dispute.  Cano was later arrested and booked into Monterey County jail for resisting arrest and on an outstanding felony arrest warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.
