* San Jose’s 10th Homicide For 2009 Occurred 3300 block of Rocky Mountain Drive

A man was shot and killed this afternoon in San Jose, a police spokesman said.The shooting happened at about 3:45 p.m. in the 3300 block of Rocky Mountain Drive, said Officer Jose Garcia. Responding officers found a man suffering at least one gunshot wound, Garcia said. No suspect information was immediately released.The shooting marked the 10th homicide in the city this year, Garcia said.
