* San Jose 7-11 Store on Albany Drive Robbed by an Unknown Suspect at Gun Point

On January 21st, 2009 at about 8:45 pm an armed robbery occurred at the 7-11 store 4625 Albany Drive in San Jose. A suspect entered the store and jumped over the counter. He then pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded that the clerk open the register. The clerk complied and the suspect took money from the register. The suspect then accousted the clerk and demanded the clerk’s cell phone and money. A witness then observed the suspect leave the store and drive away in a light blue foreign make hatchback vehicle parked on Richfield Avenue. The suspect then turned onto Albany Drive and drove away Eastbound on Albany Drive.
The suspect is described as possibly a Black, male adult; unknown age, approx. 5’06” to 5’08” 160-180lbs wearing a black mask, black or grey jacket with a hip-hop design, white gloves and dark pants.
