Police arrested a 21-year-old Windsor woman who allegedly burglarized a market in Santa Rosa early this morning.  At about 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary at Bill’s Friendly Market at 1500 Humboldt St. While en route, officers were told the suspect, Evelyn Espinoza, was seen running north on Slater Street. Officers set up a perimeter and searched the area for Espinoza, with no success. At about 3:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a fight in the 1500 block of Slater Street. Officers determined the involved parties were in a nearby apartment. They went to the apartment and were allowed inside.   When they entered they allegedly located clothing that was worn by Espinoza during the burglary as well as items that were stolen from the
market. Officers identified Espinoza at the apartment as the suspect in the burglary. She was booked into the Sonoma County Jail.
