*Richmond Police Identify Man Fatally Shot Wednesday As 35-Year-Old Alejandro Garcia

A man who was fatally shot in Richmond’s Iron Triangle neighborhood Wednesday evening has been identified as 35-year-old Alejandro Garcia, Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French said today.Garcia, a Richmond resident, was shot at about 5:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Harbour Way South near an auto repair shop, police said.He was pronounced dead at the scene.A suspected gunman was seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, but police haven’t made any arrests or identified any suspects, French said.
