Two East Bay residents were arrested Thursday for allegedly reselling bicycles that were stolen from Mike’s Bikes, according to the Marin County Sheriff’s Office.Sgt. Debra Barry said four bikes worth $13,000 were fraudulently obtained and resold over the Internet on Craigslist.Sheriff’s detectives answered a Craigslist advertisement and set up a meeting in Novato to buy one of the bikes, Barry said. Detectives confronted Jonathan Cutrer, 35, of San Leandro and Carla Wilson, 30, of Oakland just after 6 p.m. Thursday in their car in the Rowland Plaza parking lot in Novato, Barry said.One of the bikes was recovered in the car and Cutrer and Wilson were arrested, Barry said. Cutrer was booked into the Marin County jail for commercial burglary, credit card fraud and a parole violation. His bail was set at $15,000.Wilson was booked into the county jail for receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. Her bail was set at $10,000. Mike’s Bikes has stores in Marin, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Sausalito, San Rafael and Berkeley.
