A 29-year-old Richmond man was fatally shot Tuesday night at his girlfriend’s house, possibly after getting into an argument with his killer, Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French said today.Police received a call shortly after 11 p.m. reporting shots fired in the 500 block of Sixth Street. When officers arrived, they found Latoy Stevens suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, French said.Witnesses told police they heard people arguing just before hearing the gunshots, but so far nobody has identified the shooter, French said. The shooting, the city’s 10th homicide this year, does not appear to be gang- or drug-related.
