*Larkspur Police Arrest Three Teens For Two Strong-Arm Robberies

Twin Cities police arrested three teenage boys for two alleged strong-arm robberies of groups of students walking home from Redwood High School in Larkspur on Friday.Both groups of victims were robbed while walking on a bike path adjacent to Heatherwood Park.The first incident involved two victims, who were approached by the suspects who used threats and force to take items from them, according to Twin Cities police. The victims were robbed of cash, a call phone and an iPod, police said.One of the victims received lacerations and bruising to his face during the attack and received medical treatment, according to police In the second incident, four other victims were robbed of cash.The victims provided a description of the suspects to police, and officers later spotted the suspects at a bus stop near the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Ward Street in downtown Larkspur.The suspects were positively identified by victims of the first robbery, and later found to be in possession of some of the stolen property. A later search of the bus stop found more property belonging to the victims, according to police.The suspects were also later positively identified by the four victims of the second robbery, police said.The suspects, a 16-year-old from Fairfax, a 17-year-old from Larkspur, and a 15-year-old from Forrest Knolls, were booked into Marin County Juvenile Hall, according to police.
