Authorities have a man in custody tonight for killing another man inside the Clayton Post Office this morning, a U.S. Postal Inspection Service spokesman said.Clayton resident Raymond Casso, 73, was allegedly killed inside the Post Office at 6150 Center St. at about 11 a.m., according to U.S. Postal Inspection Service spokesman Jeff Fitch.Fitch said authorities have not yet released the manner of death.The suspect is 37-year-old Shannon Bradley Moore, a Concord resident, according to Fitch.Moore was booked into the Contra Costa County jail tonight on charges of murder, Fitch said.A Clayton police officer said the killing was the city’s first homicide in 13 years, according to Fitch.
