The Santa Clara County Hi-Tech Task Force is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the men in this photo.  Detective Brian Randall reports that on January 24th 2009 this suspect using the alias “John Gray” entered Sears at Eastridge Mall and attempted to by a 65″ TV. The sales clerk advised they were out of stock, so he told the clerk he wanted to by $3600.00 in gift cards. The sale was declined, so “Gray” made a call to “his credit card company”. Gray attempted to persuade the security manager to have the sale pushed through manually because Sears had already taken the money out of the account. When they refused the sales transaction, “Gray” left the Electronics Department and got on his cell phone. The credit card he attempted to use was a Visa card with Western Union logo. When security attempted to call the number on the back of the card, the automated voice said the business was closed. Further research is being conducted on this suspect from their other stores, but they have yet to properly identify him.  Please call the Fugitive Watch hot line if you know the name of this suspect.
