*Santa Clara Co. Victim Of Tuesday Night Shooting Identified

The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office today identified the victim of a Tuesday night fatal shooting as 30-year-old San Jose resident Hao D. Lam. At about 10:50 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to the 200 block of Staples Avenue in the Alum Rock neighborhood of unincorporated San Jose on reports of a shooting, sheriff’s Sgt. Don Morrissey said.The victim, Lam, died of gunshot wounds, Morrissey said.An investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact sheriff’s Detective Sgt.
