One person was transported to a hospital and two people were arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place on Friday afternoon on Sebastopol Road in Santa Rosa, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department.Deputies responded to the incident at about 3 p.m. near the Dollar Tree Store on Sebastopol Road, according to police. A deputy who arrived a minute later found that the suspects had already fled in a black Ford Explorer, according to an eyewitness report.On Saturday, deputies working with detectives of the Violent Crimes Investigations Unit spotted the car and made a traffic stop on northbound Highway 101 at the Yolanda Avenue exit, according to police. They detained two occupants in the vehicle and identified one as a suspect in the robbery. Deputies arrested 21-year-old Antoine Gentle of San Francisco for conspiracy to commit robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and violation of parole. The second occupant, identified as 25-year-old Santa Rosa resident Tajmah Raye Beauchamp, was arrested on charges unrelated to the robbery. Deputies located the second suspect involved in the incident in Santa Rosa after conducting several interviews and executing multi-jurisdictional search warrants.20-year-old Julian Johnson of San Pablo was arrested for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. The suspects were booked into the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility.The victim was released after being treated for multiple injuries, according to police.Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call detective Shawn Murphy at (707) 565-2185.
