Attempted Murderer Sketch Released in San Jose

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Anthony Kilmer reports that on August 16, 2008 around 8:45pm the victim was riding his bike home in the area of the Remington Way and Quimby Road when a small Sport Utility Vehicle pulled alongside the victim. The suspects engaged the victim in a short conversation and then fired one round from a weapon into the victim causing major injuries. The suspects then fled the scene and remain at-large.
