The Belmont Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance photo. Detectives report that these photos are of the same unknown suspect. The suspect is fraudulently purchasing Gift Cards from various Safeway Stores in the Bay Area using an Electronic Benefits Card (EBT) similar to an ATM card.
