Accessory To Murder Idaho, Maria Garcia Seen In San Jose

The Elmore County, Idaho Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Maria Garcia on warrant charging her with being an Accessory to the murders of her son’s wife and two infant (2 years old and 3 years old) children. Detectives report that Garcia’s son allegedly shot and killed his wife then shot and killed each infant in a rual area of Idaho. If that was not despicable enough, Garcia and another son then allegedly then helped conceal him and drive him to San Jose. They were last seen with relatives in the area of Avalani and Luby Drives near King and McKee Roads in San Jose.DOB 8/7/1962
