The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Toshi Hata reports that on December 18th 2007 at approximately 1:30 pm an armed robbery occurred at the Cesar’s Flowers at 601 N. 13th St. The victim/owner and her son were to the rear of the business. The suspect entered the store and the owner came out front to greet him. The victim observed the the suspect holding a handgun in his right hand which was partially concealed with a yellow sweatshirt. The suspect pointed the gun at the owner and demanded money. The victim told the suspect that the business did not carry any cash. The suspect demanded her to open the cash register. The owner, in fear for her safety and her son’s, opened the register. The suspect reached into the register and took the little cash that was inside register. The suspect directed the victim to lay face down on the floor and exited the business westbound on Jackson Street. The suspect is described as a white male about 45-50 years old, 6-0, slender, brown/reddish mustache, wearing a beige hoodie sweatshirt which had three white letters on the front. The suspect had the hood pulled down around his face and used his left hand to cover his mouth. Please call the Fugitive Watch Hot Line at 1-800-9-CAUGHT if you know the name of this man.
