Jose Perez Gonzalez Wanted for Attempted Murder Daly City, California

The Daly City Police Department is currently seeking Jose Perez-Gonzalez on a warrant charging him with Attempted Murder. Detectives report that on January 12, 2008, Gonzalez broke into a 78 year old woman’s home. When the victim confronted him in her home, he allegedly attacked her with a crowbar, repeatedly beating her in the face and leaving her for dead in her home. The victim remains in critical condition and has lost an eye as a result of the beating. Gonzalez is an illegal alien from Mexico and was living with his 3 brothers in the 900 block of Sandra Court in South San Francisco. He may also visit or stay with friends in Oakland and Vallejo. He is 28 years old and works as a painter and handyman in San Jose and goes to the gym in the evenings. He was last seen with a shaved head and has tattoos of Black and red Harley Davidson motorcycle emblem and a black dragon band on his right arm and possibly “Mexico” tattooed up his right inner forearm. He uses the names Antonio Perez, Moises Omar Lopez-Padilla, Jose De Jesus Perez-Gonzalez and Juan Arellano. He may be driving a blue Mitsubishi or Ford Ranger pickup.
