The Milpitas Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this photo. Detective Raj Maharaj reports that on Sept. 22nd, at about 2am this suspect crashed a party and was asked to leave the house. He walked out to his car and got a gun and allegedly began shooting into house. He then fled the scene. Witnesses report that he was bragging about being from Long Beach, California. He is described as a Filipino male about 20 yrs old, 5 foot 3 inches tall, and about 130 lbs.
