The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Phuong on a warrant charging him with Extortion. Detective Anthony Kilmer reports that in 2003, Phuong Phan was a victim in a gang related shooting in Sunnyvale. Phuong Phan was shot in the face. The suspects were later apprehended and a jury trail is scheduled to start on May 29, 2007. Phan is a key witness in the 2003 gang shooting. Since 2003, Phuong Phan has been involved in illegal activity and is wanted by San Jose police for attempted extortion. His last known address was on Diadem Drive, San Jose. Phan is still at large and may be in the Los Angeles area, but his exact whereabouts are unknown. DOB 9/23/78
