Suspect bothers 8 year old in San Jose

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Womack reports that on 8/24/06 at about 7pm, this suspect drove up to the 8 year old victim in the area of Snell and Giuffrida. He then said he wanted to lick the 8 year old victim. The victim described the suspect as a white or Hispanic male adult in his 40’s. The vehicle was possibly an older 4 door white Nissan Sentra.
